A superhero I know watched and loved the movie "In Bruges" (which I have yet to watch - I'll do that this week) So when checking out Belgium on lonely planet I got excited seeing Bruges on the map haha! It looks like such a great little town and I was sold when I saw one of the things you can do, if its cold enough, is skate on frozen canals. I am definitely doing this en route to the northern lights in Finland one day! Click this for more info on Bruges
This week I am going to use my recipe books for every meal, or perhaps that is a bit too optimistic, haha! 3 meals, I'll do 3 - that's a good number! And I'll even let you know how they go!
And on a sad note, my life is incomplete without sugar, this weekend was an epic fail *sad panda* I had cola coca, and chocolate, and sparkly water, and wine... not good at all - but I'm not giving up - I will just try harder this week!
