Today while I was chatting with my good friend Google about great things to do and see in Europe, I found myself looking at some pages on Finland. Lapland in particular, and their long days and nights at respective times of the year. Can you imagine the sun not setting for days? Say hello to life at the Arctic Circle! *giggles* I'm rambling off topic... oh well it is titled ramblings after all *winks*
Apparently Lapland is a fantastic place to experience the Aurora Borealis, aka Northern Lights. (i say apparently because my friend Google may stand to be corrected *winks*) Can you imagine looking up at the sky and seeing such amazing colour splashed across natures ceiling? It really does overwhelm me! I've put it on my list of things to experience before I graduate from this life *smiles* and I'm excited about it!
